I am having trouble blocking an ip address. Is there any way in mc afee 2013 total security suite to block an ip address from communicating with my PC. In the traffic moniter "host processes for windows service", my pc is in constant touch with ip address "94.245.121.253".

The rules he's looking for aren't stateful, the decision to block/unblock is only based on the source IP address.
